Welcome to Exilir Classify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exilir Classify expense classification tool operated by Exilir LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Description of Service

Exilir Classify is a web-based expense classification tool that allows users to:

Import financial transaction data from CSV files
Classify and categorize expenses
Create keyword rules for auto-classification
Generate reports for tax preparation and financial tracking
Maintain a vendor/contact directory

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Exilir Classify. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use Exilir Classify, you must:

Create an account with a valid email address
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans:

Basic Plan: $7/month
Premium Plan: $15/month

Payment Terms:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions are billed monthly
You may cancel your subscription at any time
No refunds for partial months after cancellation
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Exilir Classify only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

Use the service for any illegal activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious files or code
Share your account credentials with others
Resell or redistribute the service
Use automated systems to access the service

6. Your Data

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload and create in Exilir Classify.

Your Responsibility:

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
You should maintain your own backups of important data
You control what information you add to notes and comments

Data Export: You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Exilir Classify is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of results
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with your specific needs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exilir LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data
Tax penalties or financial losses
Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
Update these Terms with notice to users

11. Termination

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

Posting the new Terms on this page
Updating the "Last updated" date
Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
